What are the payment methods?

On our site you can pay using the following methods:

How do I know if a product is available?

Warehouse availability is indicated through the following indications:

- Limited availability
It means that there is only one unit of that product in stock. Making the purchase of that product does not guarantee the purchase, as other users may have placed the order at the same time.

- Product not available
The product has zero stock availability, and the order cannot be placed.

In the absence of these warnings listed above, the product has an availability greater than 1 in stock.


What are the delivery times?

For each purchase made, the goods will be shipped via GLS within 2-5 working days from the online order fulfillment. In case of purchase by bank transfer it will be necessary, in order to process the order, to wait for the payment to be credited to the account. This time varies according to the issuing bank, and therefore can vary from 3 days to 6 working days.

Can I pay with a credit card?

Sure. Payment can be made through PayPal's secure servers.


Which credit cards can I use to make the payment?

Payment by credit card is possible, using the cards issued by the main Credit Institutions.
